9.5.1 In no event will the aggregate liability of all Branco Insurance Group Parties for any and all claims related to the website exceed the lesser of USD 100 and 10% of the total amount paid to Branco Insurance Group by you within the last 12 months.

9.5.2 In those jurisdictions that prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, any such liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.1 Choice of Law; Jurisdiction; Venue. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed under the internal laws of the State of Connecticut (without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of Connecticut or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of laws of any other jurisdiction other than those of the State of Connecticut), except to the extent preempted by the laws of the United States.
